About Us
Located in Alliance, Nebraska conveniently situated on Highway 2, Sunset Motel & RV offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space to unwind. Our large property features 23 updated guest rooms, 25 RV sites (both 30 & 50 amp), plenty of parking, and an indoor pool.
Guest rooms include new flooring and bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, heating and air conditioning, and smart-lock contactless entry. Room options range from Single and Double Queens and Kings to a King & Queen combo and a King Suite with kitchen.
We’re just minutes from local attractions, including the Alliance Municipal Airport, Skyview Golf Course, Sandhills Drive-In, Alliance Trap Club, and only 6 minutes from Carhenge! Sunset Motel & RV is your easy, reliable home base in the Nebraska Panhandle. We look forward to your stay.

Choose from our many options; sure to please anyone in your group or family. All guests rooms feature high speed Wifi, microwaves, coffee pots, mini refrigerators, and keyless entry smart locks for an express check in experience. Most RV spaces feature full hookups including with water, sewer, and power (30 or 50 amps).

Each site includes water service, and most offer full sewer hookups, with a few water-and-electric options available.

RV - 50 & 30 amp, water, sewer, pull through
Our RV spaces offer easy pull-through access and are equipped with 50-amp & 30-amp electrical service, water hookup, and sewer hookup for a convenient and comfortable stay. Added benefits include access to the motels bathroom & shower facilities, guest laundry room, and complimentary wifi for most spaces With plenty of room to settle in and all essential amenities included, our RV sites provide a hassle-free home base while you explore Alliance and the surrounding area.
RV Space - 30 amp, water, sewer, back-in
Our 30-amp RV spaces provide back-in access and include full water and sewer hookups for a comfortable and reliable stay. Guests also enjoy convenient access to the motel’s bathrooms and showers and complimentary WiFi. These sites offer a quiet, practical setup with all the essentials you need while visiting Alliance and the surrounding area.
RV Space - 30 amp, water, back in
Our 30-amp back-in RV spaces include reliable electrical service and a convenient water hookup, providing a comfortable setup for shorter stays or travelers who don’t require full hookups. While these sites do not include sewer service, guests have full access to the motel’s bathrooms and showers throughout their stay in addition to complimentary WiFi service.
RV Space - 30 amp, water, pull through
Our 30-amp pull-through RV spaces offer easy drive-in access and a convenient water hookup, making them ideal for quick stays or travelers who prefer simple, hassle-free parking. These sites do not include sewer service, but guests have full access to the motel’s bathrooms and showers, as well as complimentary WiFi, for added comfort during their visit.

How do I check in?
We are currently installing our contactless access system. So, for now, you will check in at the front desk with your photo ID and receive a room keycard. Once our new system is in place, 24 hrs prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with your unit number and access code. No need to check in at the desk or pick up keys. Simply arrive, enter your code, and relax.
I don’t do email or won’t have access to it. What should I do?
No problem! We can text your access information, or even give you a call on the day of arrival. For security purposes, just be prepared for some qualifying questions before we give you your access information.
Are Pets Allowed?
We do allow dogs under 50 lbs in select rooms. A $10 per night fee will be applied to your stay total.
What is the Parking Situation?
Parking is complimentary on our outdoor surface lot. No reserved spaces, first come first served.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check‑in begins at 4:00 PM; check‑out is by 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check outs may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations are fully refundable up to 5 days before arrival. If canceled 1–4 days before, a $50 fee applies. All reservations become non-refundable 24 hrs prior to arrival.
If there is no one onsite, is the property safe?
Our local team visits the property on a daily basis. Alliance is a very safe community, but to give our guests added peace of mind, we have excellent outdoor lighting as well as a robust exterior surveillance system. Our guest’s safety is a top priority!
If I need something, how can you help?
Our customer service team is standing by via call or text for any of your needs. We can arrange for our local team to assist you if needed. Additionally, we provide a self-serve Guest Amenity Room on-site where guests can use their access code to retrieve extras like towels, coffee, pillows, soaps,and more.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We provide several different discounts for guests who book directly with us! Ask about our length of stay discounts, military and first responder discounts, group discounts, and more!
What amenities are included with my room?
All guest rooms come with high speed complimentary WiFi, coffee pot, mini fridge, microwave, heating, and air conditioning.
What are the pool hours?
Generally speaking the pool is open 7 days per week from 9AM - 9PM. The pool can be booked by private parties and is subject to closure without notice to guests.
