Enjoy direct lake access, a private dock, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of room for up to 10 guests. Whether you're unwinding by the water or exploring the nearby slopes, you’ll feel right at home.

With 4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double Bunk), a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and extra sleeping space in the living room and den, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10. Enjoy the private dock, ample parking, and everything you need for a mountain or lakeside escape.

Enjoy breathtaking views while you relax on either of our two decks. Whether it's enjoying a morning cup of coffee, evening cocktail, grilling on our Weber propane grill, or tossing some cornhole bags, you are sure to feel the stress of daily life melt away while taking in our sweeping vista.

Convenience & Fun on your own Private Dock

Nothing is better than having your own private dock! Take a swim or bring your own water toys like boats, jet skis, kayaks, and more. Experience the best that Lake Pend Oreille has to offer! Bottle Bay marina is a short 8 minute boat ride away where you can rent water craft, gas up, or enjoy a bite to eat!

Our well appointed oasis is designed to provide our guests with the comforts of home! From coffee & tea selections, to bath towels and beach towels. Cooking equipment to games, we have designed the space for ease and comfort.

  • How many guests can the home accommodate?

    The property sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms and additional sleeping areas in the living room and den.

  • Is the Home Lakefront

    Yes, the home offers direct lakefront access with a private dock perfect for swimming, lounging, or launching a variety of watercraft.

  • Is there Wi-Fi available at the property?

    Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for your convenience.

  • How far is the property from Schweitzer Mountain?

    Schweitzer Mountain Resort is less than an hour's drive, making it an easy day trip for skiing or snowboarding.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, the property includes plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, including a covered carport and driveway. All guests are required to register their vehicles with TTM Hospitality prior to arrival, and we ask that all vehicles and trailers are parked completely off the roadway at all times.

  • What amenities are included?

    The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, heating, Wi-Fi, and a private dock.

  • How close is the nearest town or city?

    The property is just 20 minutes from Sandpoint, ID, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and other local attractions.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No. While we personally love pets, we do not allow pets of any kind at the property.

  • Is the home part of an HOA?

    Yes, the home is a part of an HOA, and therefore we ask that our guests respect the community and neighbors by following our house rules.

  • What are the house rules?

    We have a reasonable set of house rules that include the following: Registering your vehicles prior to arrival, maintaining a max speed of 5 MPH when entering and exiting the road leading to the property, leaving NO WAKE with a water craft at least 500 ft from shore, maintaining quiet hours from 10PM till 8AM, not exceeding the occupancy limit, no smoking of any kind in any building on property, no parties or events, and no criminal activity. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding our House Rules.

  • Are guests allowed to use the Private Island?

    NO, the private island is for full time residents only. Guests staying 30+ days or more are allowed access to the island and its amenities.

  • Do you rent the property for 30+ days?

    Yes! From September through May we are happy to rent the home for 30+ days or more. Reach out to us directly for more information on rental rates and availability.

  • Do you provide watercraft or floatie toys?

    No, we do not provide any water craft or toys. But, you are welcome to bring your own or rent a watercraft from Bottle Bay marina just minutes away!
